Unlike other brokers, we do not stop providing information, recommendations, or support after the deal closes, but instead, this is when we begin to add even more personal value for our clients. We look to propel our client’s success by looking and introducing them to vendors and those who may need their products, services, and resources sharing.
Just recently we were able to introduce two of our clients from the construction equipment industry, and one had a need the other was able to fulfill locally. This is just one example of how our value-added services saved a lot of money for one client who was obtaining services by an out of state vendor, and the other was able to launch their Las Vegas operation with a new customer that was not even on their radar.
We provide real advice and not over-inflated promises. We include the good with the bad in our recommendations to ensure our clients have all the tools they need to make well-informed decisions. We understand the return on their investment has to come in at what they anticipated based upon the analysis completed at the time of purchase. Because of this, we often review our clients the profit and loss statements, compare them to current market rates and expenses, and help determine if the sellers providing overstated incomes or understated expenses. We also look for opportunities where we feel our clients may be able to improve the seller projects with maximizing income opportunities and reducing runaway expenses.
